10 Cara Menghilangkan Galau
1. Beribadah dan Berdoa
Kalau menurut guru agama saya: Ketika kita dihadapkan pada suatu keadaan dimana kita tidak bisa memutuskan langkah yang benar maka satu-satunya cara yang paling tepat adalah TALK TO YOUR GOD

Salah satu kesalahan terbesar orang yang sedang galau adalah bahwa ketika mereka sedang Galau justru mereka malah dengan sangat JENIUS nya beramai-ramai mendownload lagu lagu berirama sedih. Apa imbasnya ? tentu saja Galau yang tadinya ada di level 1 setelah mendengarkan lagu sedih langsung melonjak ke level 10. hehehe
3. Banyak Bercermin
Bercermin yang saya maksud adalah bercermin dalam arti yang sebenarnya . Coba anda lihat ke cermin. Lihat diri anda disana, lalu Tanya sama diri anda sendiri : “Sejelek itukah diri gue?” anda bisa lihat terus menerus diri anda sendiri sampai anda bisa yakin kalo LO TUH GA SEJELEK ITU DIMATA ORANG-ORANG
4. Pergi Ke Tempat Ramai
Anda suka shopping? Nah kali ini ini hobby anda itu bisa benar benar anda gunakan secara benar. Intinya ketika Galau sedang melanda, jangan sampai kita berdiam diri dalam waktu yang lama apalagi dengan hadirnya sebotol obat nyamuk cair disebelah kita. hhihiih
5. Olahraga
Kita semua tau lah ketika sang galau datang, tubuh pun bawaannya males banget untuk digerakkan. Nah itulah salah satu hal yang makin memperparah keadaan sang galau. Salah satu cara supaya si galau itu hilang adalah OLAHRAGA sambil diiringi lagu dari Indah Dewi Pertiwi yang judulnya GERAKKAN BADANMU
