How to add Album Art image in your mp3 collection

Have you noticed that while you are playing mp3's in your phone some of them shows artist image as album art and some doesn't show? And you are wondering how to add images in your mp3 collection, well here is the solution just follow the steps bellow.

1. First use Google Image Search to find the image of the singer or artists that you want to add as album artwork and save it on your Desktop. Make it square and re-size (or crop the area u want) with  photoshop or any other image editor. U can even do it in many online image editing website. I recommend using images above of 256x256 pixels. Save it in your desktop as BE .JPEG or .JPG . but not PNG files

2. Apple iTunes application can be used to edit mp3 album art image. First download apple iTunes HERE..

3. Install the application then Open iTunes and select Library / Music from the left hand panel,  there are 3 type of views formats.  List, Album and Cover flow . It is better to use gird view as it easy to see the album names and images.

4. Double Click on the Album you want to edit. U can see now the track list. Select the track u want to add image as album art. U can select multiple track too. Now click on right mouse button and select get info. See image bellow..

5. Now a Mp3 edit box will appear, click on info box to Check that the Information is correct and if no Artist name appears it is because there are differences in the name. iTunes has a few categories which are useful to clear avoiding albums fragmenting. I would tick the box but leave blank "Album Artist", "Compilation" and "Disc number"

6. Then double click on the Artwork box and locate the image you saved earlier on your desktop. Then click OK to complete.

7. If you are adding a new image to an album with artwork, i have found it is better to remove the old image first, by checking the box and leaving blank, and then redoing the process with the new image.

8. Now transfer the track to your phone and go to music player. U can see u just made a nice Album-Art.
